Different priorities. Connected execution.
These illustrations show two possible starting points. Your priorities determine the workflow, people and outcomes included.
From agreement to payment
An athlete enters a brand agreement. The agency coordinates delivery, the lawyer reviews authorized terms and obligations, and the accountant follows relevant invoices, payment activity and downloadable transaction records.
- 01Organize the agreement and assign review responsibilities.
- 02Coordinate obligations, deadlines and evidence of completion.
- 03Connect invoice and payment updates to the work.
- 04Review outstanding items and download transaction records for accounting.
From athlete appearance to measurable activation
A brand supports an athlete-led camp or experience. The agency manages talent and the commercial relationship. SportsMarkit scopes the registration, payment and measurement workflow.
- 01Define the athlete's role and the partner's objective.
- 02Configure the agreed registration or customer action.
- 03Connect applicable payment processing, payouts and participation records.
- 04Report delivery and agreed commercial results.
Start with your priority use case.
Identify the client need, people involved and outcome you want to improve. Together, we define the appropriate workflow, access and implementation scope. Expand as the approach proves useful to your team.
Can our accountant, business manager or lawyer have access?
Deployments can include individual access for authorized support professionals. Access is defined by the clients they support, the records they need and the actions they are permitted to take. An organization-wide finance role and an individual client's adviser can have different access.
How do connected accounts and transaction downloads work?
Connected accounts are supported bank accounts linked to the SportsMarkit digital wallet for payouts. Commercial activity can be supported through invoicing and payment processing, with transaction records available to download for use in accounting systems and tax preparation. Account support, export formats and permissions are confirmed during setup.
Does one login provide access to every application?
Each invited person uses their own account with defined permissions. Access to one workspace does not automatically provide access to every SportsMarkit application.
Do we need to start with a deal workflow?
No. The starting point can be client onboarding, agreement coordination, invoice visibility, team handoffs, reporting or a commercial activation. We identify the appropriate scope with your team.
How will we know whether it is creating value?
Set a baseline for the use case you choose, such as time spent coordinating updates, overdue tasks, outstanding payments or reporting effort. For activations, define the customer action and measurement method before launch.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Bring your current tools, a representative workflow, the people involved and the outcome you most want to improve. An anonymized example is enough to begin the discussion.
Available capabilities, permissions, integrations and any required configuration or development are confirmed for each engagement. The sign-in experience is confirmed for the applications included.
What would make the biggest difference to your team and clients?
Let's identify the priority, connect the right people and define the starting scope.
