DC Back to School 5K
August 12, 2017
The DC Back to School 5K benefits DC youth participating in summer programs at the Merrick Center in Ward 8. Through the Village Wellness Curriculum, students build confidence and become goal oriented leaders; each program session also promotes movement and athletics. After successful completion of this program, all students are able to participate in the DC Back to School 5K and will receive Back to School Supplies.
